The good!
Element were great! I wanted a rugged, good looking case. Fantastic product and excellent service getting this to me in the UK in record time. Great job guys and well done!
The Bad :0(
I should have checked the Element web site. I bought a fake from Amazon! Got my money back thank goodness. Purchased an Element case from the official UK distributor. Complete disaster. They took my order without having stock, then claimed that the item has been lost and I'm still waiting for my money back. Finally, FEDEX in the UK were very poor. It was quicker to get my Element case from the US then it took to travel 40 miles.
In short, if you want a fantastic case, live in the US and want an excellent service then you will not go far wrong dealing with Element Case who are a very good company.

Ordered it immediately following an email regarding the sale of this case. My only gripe is that the edges are a bit sharp and could use a little more rounding off if possible. Otherwise excellent product from Element Case!

FIRST LOOK: The case is MUCH lighter than I anticipated! Every surface has been perfectly machined and finished. No sharp corners, extra material, or burrs of aluminum anywhere.
FIT: The case fits snug on the phone. Every part, all the way around, front to back, has been perfectly designed, produced, and finished to standards parallel to Apple.
FEEL: The Flux Finish feels smooth to the touch, and all edges feel soft but rugged at the same time. The case feels VERY sturdy in my hands while talking or texting.
FUNCTION: Absolutely no reception issues at all, my phone works just as it did before installation. No "Flashback" from the Ultra Suede back plate.
LOOK: The Case looks amazing! No advertisement can capture how nice the "Flux" Finish looks in real life. The exposed screws on the front give it a rugged "tech" look that comes off like it belongs in the toolbox of a NASA Technician!
OVERALL: This case has surprisingly exceeded my every expectation!

Sector 4, My Favorite Case By Far

The Sector case is absolutely stunning, photos don't do justice to this machined masterpiece. I have owned nearly every Element Case from the Liquid, Vapor, Vapor Pro and now the Sector. This case is hands down my favorite in both design and function. Can't wait to upgrade to the Iphone 5 and then to the Sector 5 case. Kudos to all at Element.
It's been a journey :0)
