What We Cover

  • A 30-day return policy
  • Product must be in original packaging and new/unused condition

What We Don’t Cover

  • You are responsible for shipping charges
  • We are not responsible for items damaged in transit; we recommend shipping product with the appropriate shipping materials recommended by your preferred carrier.

How to Process a Return

  1. Submit Your Request

    Prior to shipment of any returned product, all warranty claims and return request must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from Element Case. To obtain an RMA, customers must submit their request through our Return Authorization.

    Product shipped without an RMA # will not be accepted

  2. Meet the Return Conditions

    All return requests must be made to Element Case within 30 days from date of purchase. Any return for refund must be in new and saleable condition in original packaging.

  3. Mail Us the Product

  4. Meet the Return Conditions

  5. Give Us a Few Days

    Please allow up to 5 business days for processing. Refunds will be processed via the same payment method as the original purchase.

HERE’S THE STRAIGHT TALK

All returns must have an RMA # before a product can be returned to us. We will not accept returns without an RMA #. If you return your item without an RMA # you will be required to pay the shipping fee to have the item sent back to you.
